We want you to be happy. If you're not, here's exactly how refunds work.
We offer a 3-day, no-questions-asked refund on all monthly and annual subscription payments. If you're not satisfied, email us within 3 days of being charged and we'll issue a full refund for that billing period.
If you're on an annual plan and request a refund after the 3-day window but before the end of your billing year, we'll issue a pro-rated refund for the remaining unused months.
Lifetime purchases have a 7-day refund window. If you change your mind within 7 days of purchase, email us and we'll refund the full amount.
After 7 days, lifetime purchases are non-refundable — they're a one-time, permanent deal.

We process refunds within 1-2 business days. The refund will appear on your statement within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.
After a refund, your account reverts to the Free tier. You keep your account, your projects, and any sounds you downloaded before the refund. However, access to paid features (unlimited downloads, WAV format, plugins, etc.) stops immediately.
We'd rather fix the problem. If something isn't working right or you're not getting value, let us know before requesting a refund. We're a small team and we take every piece of feedback seriously. Email hello@unstuntedsfx.net.
