Last updated: April 2026Every sound you download from UnstuntedSFX is royalty-free and cleared for commercial use. You can use them in YouTube videos, podcasts, games, apps, client work, and more — forever, even if you cancel later. No attribution required on any tier.
The only things you can't do: resell or redistribute sounds as standalone audio files, claim copyright on the sounds themselves, or use them to train AI models.
Pro and Lifetime tiers get additional rights including WAV downloads and a commercial broadcast license for traditional TV, radio, and film distribution.

UnstuntedSFX grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual license to use downloaded sound effects in your personal and commercial projects, subject to the terms on this page. The license is granted upon download and applies to the individual who downloaded the sound.
The license covers the specific audio files you download. It does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property to you.
Free and Creator tiers: Sounds may be used in online content, personal projects, client work, games, and apps. Not licensed for traditional broadcast distribution (linear TV, terrestrial radio, theatrical film). Audio format limited to MP3.
Pro and Lifetime tiers: Full commercial broadcast license — use sounds in any medium, including traditional TV, radio, and film. Access to WAV (24-bit/96kHz) downloads in addition to MP3.
All tiers: no attribution required, royalty-free, perpetual license on downloaded sounds (even after cancellation).
If you cancel your subscription, you retain the right to use every sound you downloaded while your subscription was active. The license on those files is perpetual.
After cancellation, you lose access to new downloads, the Premiere Pro plugin, project sync, and in-browser tools. You may not download new sounds until you re-subscribe.
We may update this license from time to time. Changes apply only to sounds downloaded after the update date. Sounds you already downloaded remain under the license terms that were in effect when you downloaded them.
